Pacific Tactical, Inc. is dedicated to providing the highest quality training, service and products to law enforcement, corrections and select private security officers. We train with passion for our chosen profession, with respect for our students, and with intelligence and integrity gained from a combined 32+ years of actual law enforcement and SWAT experience.
Pacific Tactical, Inc. located in Federal Way Washington is owned and operated by working police officers with a broad background and experience in working, training, and instructing in the tactical environment. We don’t sell every police and SWAT product on the market, and never will. Our focus is on providing the highest quality specialty impact munitions, chemical agents, NFDD’s, and the tactical and high-risk training to support these products, as well as other vital skill areas that are of concern to your operations today.
We understand that obtaining training from outside instructors can be prohibitively expensive, difficult to schedule, and ineffective at addressing your needs. We provide critical training programs in high-risk areas that are of importance to agencies of 2 to 2,000 personnel. Our focus isn’t just on the mechanics of the training, but on the legal, ethical, constitutional and policy issues that are so often ignored by other instructors.
Pacific Tactical instructors will teach you and your personnel not just the ‘how to’ of any program; we include discretion, judgment and decision making components that make the difference when your people apply their skills in the field. We appreciate the differences in City, County, Tribal, Correctional and Private Security organizations, and we won’t use a cookie-cutter approach to our training programs. We welcome your specific input, and we’ll address your needs and concerns in our training programs to meet your desired outcomes.
Pacific Tactical instructors will come to you, train your people at your site, at a time when it’s most convenient for your agency. We’ll train in the evenings, and on weekends, if that’s what you need for your organization to get the training it must have.
