Pacific Tactical is located in Federal Way Washington. Owned and operated by Rob DeGroot and Doug Johnson. Both are current working police officers with a total of 32 + years of combined law enforcement and SWAT experience. This includes operational experience at nearly every level and rank of law enforcement, in a variety of assignments and roles. Both have thousands of hours of documented individual training and instructional experience.
Between them, they have worked with, trained with or instructed City, County, Tribal, Federal and Private Security personnel. Both have a broad background of high risk and specialized assignment experience, and both remain active participants in providing leadership and instruction in the tactical environment.
